We are grieving

We lost our wonderful Kitsune/Kitsy/Mazuzu Whang? to FIP today. This isn’t a proper post for him. I’ll do that when I’m in a bit better shape. I’m just too damned sad right now. Rest in peace baby boy. Mom and dad will love you forever.

  1. Ohhhh… I’m so sorry for you both…. I knew he’s been sick for a awhile but I has hoped it was just a passing thing.

My biggest **hug** for you in this saddest moment. 🙁

    1. Thank you

It might be amazing to you, but your hugs and thoughts really do mean something. I noticed that Ting Ting was NOT happy during the last storm you had. Ok. maybe you edited or something, but I was sure you said that kitty wasn’t happy during that last weather dump. I just checked. Anyhow, It’s nice to have friends (internet or otherwise) that have a clue about losing our four legged buddies. Hugs to you and yours. 🙂

  2. People always say I’m silly to invest so much emotion in a “simple pet” but I can never help myself…. I just can’t love without using my whole heart. It always warms me to find others who have that depth of feeling for their lil’ guys as well. It makes the experience of knowing them worth while even if it also make the pain of losing them so much greater.

Ahhh yes… Ting-ting absolutely hated the windstorm. Or to be more specific, the terrible barrage of thunder and lighting that made it seem like we were under artillery attack. She had an absolute panic attack and crawled waaaaay under the couch for most of the night. There was no coaxing her out…. no way… no how…

Sometime in the night she finally snuck out to join us in bed… but only if she could sneak under the covers right between us where she figured it was safe.

    1. Thank goodness. I saw the weather reports for you’re corner of the universe. Jeebus. I’m glad to know that you, Carolyn, and Ting-ting are ok.

As for “simple pet” ???? those people can go suck donkey doodles. Our pets are family. There’s no other word for it.

I’m happy to know that y’all are ok.

Julie, Frank, Tito, Miss Jenny, and Angels The Boober and Kitsune
