I was going through Lastech’s photos and I found these. I hope you enjoy them.

Yesterday, Lastech and I got up very early. We went out to watch the sunrise, raid the donut shop, and then go see a lot of old cars. Jimmy’s Old Car Picnic at Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park is a feast for the car lover’s eyes. The cost was $40 to show a car and free for anyone walking in to enjoy looking at them.
According to the website:
Jimmy’s Annual Old Car Picnic started in 1988 when classic car-loving friends got together in Golden Gate Park to celebrate Jimmy O’Keefe’s birthday. It has since grown into the largest and longest-running show of its kind in San Francisco and includes cars, trucks, and motorcycles of all types, as well as a good number of oddballs….
From the beginning, Jimmy’s Old Car Picnic has been a benefit for people with Developmental Disabilities. The proceeds go to The Janet Pomeroy Center and The Portrero Hill Neighborhood House in San Francisco.
The following video is a slideshow of photos taken by Lastech and I.
Time to shine for the boyz again… And highlight the madness which courses through their veins, turning them into dashing blurs racing around the apartment.

First, we have Tito doing his “monkey boy” routine in the cat tower…

Then lazy Mazuzu “Maz” Whang? stirs and photobombs….

Now, the house I grew up in had tiled floors, and in the summer, cat racing was huge… Just to spice things up, we’d spread talcum powder on the floor to get more “action”. This video captures the sport very well…
Waddell Beach is on the bottom and West side of Big Basin Redwoods. We like to think of Big Basin Redwoods as Fairy Land as we halfway expect to see fairies flitting amongst the massive redwoods. From Big Basin, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, one can hike all the way down to Waddell Beach.

Another Wednesday rolls around. It’s midweek and it’s all downhill from here to the weekend. I decided that although we usually post cat stuff, it’s time for the dogs to have their day. For your Wednesday entertainment, I present the doggie talent show.
San Francisco is famous for its fog. Although it makes summertime a bit on the cold side, we enjoy the fog and the smell of wet trees and grass. Here are three photos by Lastech that I’m rather fond of. He took them one morning when we were out at Land’s End.
For the record, this was late, thanks to PG&E. Just as I was about to post, the power went off. It just came back on.

Another manic Monday has rolled around. If some of you are lucky, it’s a holiday for you. For the rest of us, it’s the same ole Monday.
For a laugh or two to get through the day, I present you with some cat vs dog.
SQUIRREL!!!! I couldn’t resist this vid of a squirrel with real chutzpah.
Here’s a bonus picture. It’s just too cute.
Time again for the boys to bask in the limelight, with other creatures added to the mix…

And now, more of Eldritch’s Stigmatas, known to the locals as Mapaches!

The elusive Elvis Pike in a grainy FBI surveillance photo…

And finally, an older video of a heroic dog. Can be difficult to watch but uplifting, still…
