Day of the critters

Earlier, I posted part one of our day at Mile Rock Beach. This is part two, more or less. While we were out, we saw lots of birds and a rodent or two.

Here are the critters we saw along the trail to Mile Rock Beach at Lands End.

Ok, not a critter. It was so pretty though.

Our hike left us hungry, so we went off to Stow Lake at Golden Gate Park for a bite to eat.

It was certainly a day for critters. Another gopher put in an appearance while I was watching the geese.

  1. Fantastic pictures! I absolutely love the gull feets. That would be perfect to blow up really big and frame. But they’re all good. The gopher is adorable and so are the goslings. It sounds like you had a great hike!

  2. LOL! 🙂 Well, locking myself out that time sure cured me of doing that with the back door ever again. But I once locked myself out of the front door and since it was in broad daylight I went ahead and called a locksmith to let me back in. The only thing that made that experience better was realizing that it’s actually not that expensive to let a locksmith save your butt.
